2 days ago my john mccain for president yard sign was stolen turns out my landlord removed it from the yard?

what can i do about this I paid for this sign, also the landlord puts up signs 2 or 3 times a year, its wrong!

2. Nothing, he is the property owner, you can not place anything or alter his property in any way without his consent.

5. Nothing he owns the property! You rent from him and unless you have a clause in your lease that says you have the right to display signs your out of luck. Been there with a tenet who took me to court on the same thing.
6. You should read your lease, if it is a house and see if there is something in there about that. Talk to the owner and ask why? Did you see him take it? Did you pay for it? If it is an apartment, why would think to do such a thing. Anyway, if you paid for it, ask for it back. It is your sign. Then keep in the garage.
7. If your rent includes the yard area where the sign was, you can press charges against the landlord, provided there's no clause in your lease that prevents you from displaying the sign.
8. nothing,the owner is in control of that property,but he can be nice and return it to the right full tenant.
9. Nothing, it's his property so technically you have to have his permission to display any type of advertising (which even this is, political advertising.)
10. Your landlord sounds like a jerk. Oh, but what I was going to tell you was that I found really cheap, well-made political signs at this link: http://www.signazon.com They have normal Obama, Clinton, McCain signs or you can design your own to say, "Landlords who steal tenants political signs should be locked up." :) Just a thought.
