Did Barack Obama not pledge allegience to the flag at a congressional meeting? Says there are pics of this.?
A co-worker last night claims that he has a picture of Barack Obama not pledging allegience to the US flag at an official gathering. While the rest of Congress had their hands over their hearts he was standing with his hands crossed in front of him in the "At Ease" position. Is this true and does anyone have a picture of this. Or is this just low down politics?

- Your friend is a tard. But thats ok, we are all tards for believing any of these Nominees are here to server our best interests.
- I have heard this too.. and I did see one pic of him standing with this hands down while others had their hands on thier hearts.. but I don't know what it was at or if it even mattered.. so I'm not really sure... lots of controversy about this tho!
- low down politics.
- This is the only one I'm aware of: http://barackobamacandidate.org/
- there is a picture of this, you can find it threw a simple google search. But it was not during the pledge, the "star spangled banner" was being played. so take of this what you will... I personally think that the only way one can "dis the flag..and america" is by not being respectful. He was standing there facing the flag in a parade rest type stance. He was not talking, he was not moving around, he did not turn his back to it. This is a sign of respect
- I don't believe it, and this is the first time hearing it.
- LOL. That's pathetic. But sadly widespread enough for me to keep the link below.
- it was the national anthem, but yes its true, he does not place his hand over his heart during national anthems http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/anthem.asp
