Who will be in the 2008 Presidential Race?

The presidential candidate for the Democrats is going to be Clinton or Obama, and it looks like McCain or Romney should get it for the Republicans. But who will come out on top and who will be the vice presidential candidates? Joe Biden said he wouldn't be VP for Hillary, so I guess that combination's out...but what does everyone else think?
