2. No. No Republican would ever consider that.

5. The only possibility of that is if Obama is on the top of the ticket. The VP is a natural balancer for the Lead Candidate in an effort to garner as many possible votes for the General Election. In this case by putting Biden with Obama you balance the ticket in many ways: Young black man with an old, grizzled, experienced white man. Biden specifically helps Obama as a VP because the only thing that anybody can really call into question with Obama is his "lack of experience" in the Senate.. Well, you add Biden to the bottom half of the ticket and you just added 35 years of Senate experience with a metric ton of foreign policy under his belt.
6. To Obama, that would be smart because Biden has all the foreign affairs experience. To HRC, Biden HIMSELF said 'h*ll no....it would be a title only position-everyone knows who the co-pres/vice would be' EDIT: The Peav has it right- I cosign!
7. No. He's certainly worth a look as Secretary of State, however.
