Senator John McCain got support on Wednesday?

from an important corner of evangelical Texas when the pastor of a San Antonio mega-church, Rev. John C. Hagee, endorsed Mr. McCain for president. Mr. Hagee, who argues that the United States must join Israel in a preemptive, biblically prophesized military strike against Iran that will lead to the second coming of Christ, praised Mr. McCain for his pro-Israel views. This is scary.

1. So that was John McCain and John Hagee shuffling into the Bob Evans for dinner at 4pm! They must be discussing how horrible everything is and how McCain will be looking forward to yelling from the White House porch at the kids playing on the yard.
2. Yes! ISRAEL FIRST. Christians United for Israel DEMAND we attack Iran to help fulfill Bible Prophecy. 2/3rds of Jews will die in the holocaust seven years after we are raptured and then Jesus will reign from Jerusalem and Christianity will rule the world with our capital in Israel!
3. His economics scare me more. Although Hagee is pretty scary.
4. i don't know about mr haagee but anyone advocating a pre-emptive strike to bring peace is scary. its the theory that you can only have peace by killing your enemies. fundamentalism worries me whether its islamic or christian or of any other religion.
