1. Yes ...The fact that he is running is evidence of that. Sen. John McCain is a "natural born citizen" and therefore eligible to run for president. His parents were both American citizens, making him an American citizen at birth. I'm pretty sure if this was an issue, it would have came up the last time he ran.
