Its dirty politics. and they do it in the name of CHRISTIANITY.. which is really weird. Cause that is not God like. Nothing Jesus would do. Nothing... NO PATRIOTIC AMERICAN WOULD DO.
  12. Because they don't even know the basic rules of etiquette, courtesy and good will amongst world leaders. This is from Hillary's campaigners not the Republicans...they are not that desperate yet. It's THE DAY ONE candidate who is in a fog of desperation...anything goes...

They (some of 'they'...there are a lot of politically active people on both sides who know crap tactics when they see 'em and don't buy in) make a big deal because it's an attempt to fool less intelligent voters that there's something inherently wrong with it. But, as we know that a lot of leaders dress up in traditional apparel on state & government visits...it's all a load of poo.
  14. First of all, it was someone in the Clinton campaign (not Hillary herself) that decided to put the photo out there. None of us republicans have an issue with Obama wearing tribal garments when visiting another country. None of us think he is a terrorist, a muslim or have any issues with his race. It seems to me that it is you liberals that won't let this die. I don't know how many times we have to tell you people this. We DO NOT want Hillary to get the democratic nomination. Why on earth would we be the ones making a big deal out of a stupid photo? Conservatives are generally more rational and educated. As such, we realize that when visiting a foreign country, it would be disrespectful not to put on the garment when asked to. How about if you all just let this die now?
  15. The release of the picture was a smear tactic, designed to deceive the American people into thinking Obama was a Muslim. Hillary didn't not deny that her camp did this last night. She only denied knowing about it, which is ludicrous. If it happened in her camp, she knew about it.

First of all, Lyric, since I now live in China where there are real Communists (and a fun and happy bunch they are -lol) ,I have learned to identify them; let me tell you Putin is NOT a Communist. Why do they say Barack Hussein Obama and not Hilary Rodham Clinton? Well, on that I just disagree with the premise -plenty of people do say Hilary Rodham Clinton. And as far as the Obama picture goes, Obama was not (and hopefully never will be) a representative of America abroad. He was under no obligation or political compulsion to wear those clothes -yet, he chose to do so which showed either one or both of two things - he didn't care how many people in America he would offend and/or he was too stupid to realize he would offend so many people. In either case, he is either ignorant and/or apathetic - two things very low on my list of desirable characteristics for the US President to possess.
