What would be the cons of electing Senator Barack Obama into office?
Senator Barack Obama, Hilary Clinton, etc. The differences in our world is becoming more apparent each year. We can always find the pros about a person but what about the cons. I'm doing a project. All I need are the cons. The answers can range from practical to detailed. Give me your insight on an issue that could change way of life and history.

- He's Lazy, look at his voting record, like 60% of the bills he could have voted on,.. he cast no vote~! Also I dont feel that he has experience, he holds a junior seat in congress now, and i dont think he has the wherewithall to handle the office.
- too much influence by the person he and his church thinks is a great example to blacks of America Louis Farrakhan
- The first thing that comes to mind is lack of executive experience, but he is very dynamic like JFK, who also was not experienced, can't think of anything else.
- -larger military (more $ speant on it) -sustained (possibly expanded) patriot acts -he's open to using nukes as a first strike Hmm, those are the major cons of Hillary too.
- Here is one reason: Judicial Watch Announces List of Washington’s “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians” for 2007 8. Senator Barack Obama (D-IL): In 2006, it was discovered that Obama was involved in a suspicious real estate deal with an indicted political fundraiser, Antoin “Tony” Rezko. In 2007, more reports surfaced of deeper and suspicious business and political connections It was reported that just two months after he joined the Senate, Obama purchased $50,000 worth of stock in speculative companies whose major investors were his biggest campaign contributors. One of the companies was a biotech concern that benefited from legislation Obama pushed just two weeks after the senator purchased $5,000 of the company’s shares. Obama was also nabbed conducting campaign business in his Senate office, a violation of federal law. Before you give me thumbs up, or down, check out the Republicans here too.
- The con that he bares is that he has NO experience in running anything, if he was a former governor then he might be viable...but just to run on " I have a dream" or spout the buzz word "change" doesn't do anything for me.
- The major drawback would be that no one would take him seriously, because he looks like a cartoon character. He looks like fiveil the mouse from the disney movie " american tail"
- Can you imagine having a State Dinner with Queen Elizabeth, and the menu is : Chitlins Pok Chops Watermellon All served on paper plates.
- The Muslim Summit would be a waste of time and money. And he can't fundamentally "change" Washington. He will be a lame duck.
- As much as Obama says he wants change (which he's pretty much basing his campaign on), one need only to take a look at who his advisers are - old-school politicians long entrenched in Washington, like: Zbigniew Brzezinski - a one-worlder, Bilderberg Group member who served president Carter and was an architect of the '79 Iranian fiasco. Robert Malley - adviser to Bill Clinton for Arab-Israeli affairs. How can one truly bring about change if you have the same old Washington cronies advising you? (Regardless, he seems the lesser of the Democratic evils. Hillary is way more shietsy!)
- no more Billary scandals :( tear!
