president barack obama...does that sound like name of a president in an african country?

Public Comments

  1. Yes, every President's name sounds like his paternal ancestor's place of origin. However, it turns out that Kennedy and Reagan were not presidents of Ireland.
  2. This is america baby!!! We are a big mixing pot of people.... Get over your white man way of thinking.... would it make you feel better if his name was "skip" lol
  3. I was going to post a smartass answer but and_y_knot's just rocked and I'm going to leave well enough alone!
  4. i dont know...does President Barack Huessain Obama Sound good? not really
  5. I think it's smart to be decisive when you do something. That being said, in the beginning the INS was all White, so someone from within decided they wanted variety, and yet others complain. It's always a good idea to make sure a decision demonstrates the general feelings of all involved. I hate to see a country so torn apart. I think that 50% of people who seem tolerant are just doing so as an act, and with the unreasonableness of the media in handling things like Dog and Imus, I can see why. It's not bloody murder for a slip of the tongue, but if y'all want to handle it that way I'll just continue to spectate with much cluelessness. I don't think someone should lose their job or show for it, but that's just me.
  6. white people like you give the rest of us a bad rep
  7. Whats in a name?I don't care if his name is bugs bunny as long as he ends the war , bring home our brave soldiers and help the economy. Enough said!!
  8. He is unelectable.
  9. Your racism is coming through loud and clear.
  10. It could sound like the name of a president in an African country but their names are, in my opinion, not as clear and concise as this. It does sound like the name of a President of the USA. I don't think we need to fear newness and change. Have you had the opportunity to hear some of the names that are being used today and some of the spellings of these names? Instead of worrying about the name of a person, we need to learn of the background, goals and beliefs of a person who is running for office in our country. We should base the decision of our votes on whether or not a person is close to us in desires and actions.
  11. You're laughable enough.
  12. Yes...Barack Hussein Obama..
