John McCain ineligible to be president?

John McCain was not born in the United States. He was born in the Panama Canal Zone. Does this mean John McCain is ineligible to be U.S. President? Or is there any rules outthere that would make this fake conservative eligible?

4. looking for a reason are you?? well he is an american citizen by law and by the constitution. get over it. anyone born to natural citizens are considered to be by law americans. also anyone born on a military installation overseas is also considered a citizen of the united states. obviously you have no clue as to what you are talking about. afraid that mccain might become the next president?

6. The Panama Canal was a US territory until 1979. I don't plan to vote for him either, but I honor his right to run.
