Why is Ron Paul celebrating a victory for Super Tuesday when it has not occurred yet?

I think his blimp should be grounded. Also does he spend any of his donated money or just use if for personal gain? An investigation is warranted. Mike H -If he does run independent, then he is a liar since he has said multiple times he won't.
