Primary Election?
I'm very confused about the primary election. If you've registered to vote, can you also vote in the primary election? Also, after the primaries, do you have to register again to vote for the November election?? Thanks in advance!

- If you are registered, you can vote in any election in your area. You don't have to re-register each election. The only time you become not registered is if you fail to vote in the November Presidential election.
- It really depends on what state you live in. Check with the registrar of voters or the secretary of state's office. Every state is different. Generally, I would think that if you're registered to vote you will get a ballot for the primary, but in some states (California?) you have to register by party and if you're in a party that doesn't pick their nominee by primary (like Green, or Libertarian) then you won't get a primary ballot. Again, it's different for every state.
