  1. He's OK but probably not as big as I would prefer. If he doesn't get chewed up and spit out. That would suck.
  2. he will not win the presidency .. Trust me.. FOX NEWS ( we report you decide) will make sure of that !
  3. Well judging from his thumbs-down crazy supporters. I'd have to say that the mature voters will vote for Hillary, and the stoners who won't get out of bed in time, would have voted for Barack if they could have.
  4. I am supporting Obama.
  5. The only hope for the US is Ron Paul. We are told over and over that the candidate running at that time are the one thats going to bring change, and then get up there and continue to do nothing for the American people.
  6. After hearing his speech tonight, I really want to see this guy make it to the White House and actually see if he will do what he says he will. He is the only thing standing in the way of my total disillusionment of politicians and democracy. I wish we had someone like him here in Canada.
  7. Bad. Obama is young , unknown and inexperienced, with no record to criticize. He has admitted using cocaine in the past, which to some of the younger voters might make him seem "hip". Oprah likes him and people like Oprah for giving cars, etc on her show, but she can't even run an African school without problems or control Dr. Phil. He told on David Letterman that he would make Oprah his vice president . He has never had a REAL job(except as an editor), went right into politics out of college. His middle name is Hussein and his father is a muslim. In 2007 at a public function, he refused to put his hand over his heart when the national anthem was sung by Whitney Houston and he refused to say the pledge of allegiance . That is just unpatriotic and a slap in the face to anyone who has served or is serving this country. There are too many questions about him.. http://barackobamacandidate.org/ http://youtube.com/watch?v=Fwog6E08CFU http://www.amazon.com/Bound-Man-Excited-About-Obama/dp/1416559175/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1200138217&sr=1-10 http://news.yahoo.com/s/ibd/20080115/bs_ibd_ibd/20080115issues;_ylt=AqZxksaUkdKX2BWEuWMM3omffbcF http://biz.yahoo.com/ibd/080115/issues.html?.v=1 http://www.youtube .com/watch?v=sVeFVtcdSYY
  8. He's the best we got!
  9. Labrat that will suck you say and wcanoodle stfu about young and inexperience we don't need another old Clinton president time has change get over it old people like yourself can't accept that a young person can be better than old people.
  10. Yeah he could be a form of change to the point that if he ever wins he will be the first black american to win the highest seat in the land. I think that what americans need and have always been the pattern is that presidents will have to be bold and strong in character, even the one with a star status. That trait are what put the eccentric Reagan, stubborn George W. and charismatic Clinton and Carter, need I say something about JFK?...etc etc. I don't think Obama fit this mold. did you watched the last democratic debate between him Hillary and John Edwards? He buckled to the point of even breaking when attacks were hurled in his face by Hillary. The man lacks eloquence and even lack sense of humor, though I can't speak for his intentions. With americans preoccupation with sweet words and larger than life personna I think the one that fit that requirement it would be Huckabee and Mc Cain. Huckabee for his eloquence and candor and McCain for his hand-on experience in the war striken battle fileds and US political arena. Barack may have an appeal to young americans but not for the larger based adult voters. How do you think would he work with the backbone and political beltway of Washinton, D.C? As for myself I though it's still too early to tell but I think the american voters would probably vote for Hillary or Mc Cain. Huckabee would be the one next in my bets for his wit and reasonableness, by the way he's the best debater among all presidential candidates on both camps.
  11. Somebody told me that if Obama became president it would be re-named the half-White House. :) Obama would clearly be a change -of all the candidates with a realistic shot at winning, he would certainly be the biggest change. I think he would be more of a good than a bad change, but, like every candidate, he has both good and bad points.
  12. I think before you put him in the WH, you wait to see how the 5th goes.
  13. People kill me with talks about Barack's experience. John F. Kennedy had to deal with the same nonsense when he ran for president and he was the last great president this country had. (RIP to him and his brother, Robert). I'm glad Obama focuses on change because that's what we need. I'd rather have a passionate, genuine leader who cares about the little guy with lesser experienced than an over-experienced liar that's only looking out for the political elite. If JFK or RFK were alive, I'm sure they would agree. (Oh, and go ahead, ask me anything about JFK/RFK. I know my history.) Obama 08!!!! Hill and Bill really showed their true colors with that whole MLK thing.
