Joe Biden said that Obama is unusual in that he is articulate and clean. What did he mean by that?

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy," Biden said. "I mean, that's a storybook, man."

11. There are many clean, articulate mainstream African-American men. Remember Harold Ford. The problem is that you racist white men recognize that your women are very interested in black men and you can't do anything about it but slander them to other racist.
