Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton?
I am very disappointed in how Hilary and Barack Obama are behaving in this election. You would think these to history making candidate would be more focus on the issues at hand then race and gender. I think both of them have a lot to learn if they want to be the leader of the free world. I’m a black woman so I am very torn or who I want to vote for, but I refuse to vote for either of them because of race and gender. I might just vote for myself, you can do that right? Maybe I should vote for the other guy; at least I know he can handle tragedy. I really like how he has conducted himself especially with dealing with his wife’s illness. Is it me or does anyone else feel this way?

- I know I'm disgusted with it as well. I'm hoping Romney gets the ticket and I can tell them both to piss off.
- If Obama was white, nobody would have heard of him. "Together we can!" Um.... can what, exactly, Mr. Obama? I haven't heard him say anything except rhetoric on the campaign trail. Everyone has a new vision for America, but we don't know what Obama's is, because all he can focus on is the fact that he has one.
- I wish the media would force them to explain specifically what their tax plans are. Go to their websites, and you'll see the vagueness of their rhetoric. Obama removed his plan to lift the ceiling on Social Security taxes. Nice.
- Elections always bring out the worst in candidates.
- There's always going to be something nasty when it comes to politics. No two politicians, running for President, will ever "play fair". Someone always has to be underhanded and immature. I am not voting for Obama, and I am definitely not voting for Billary. I think they are both poison. I am, however, relieved that Mitt Romney won the Michigan Primary last night. I think South Carolina and Florida will be a little more difficult for him, but the rest will all just be downhill from there! Hopefully he'll be the ultimate victor!
- I can understand being annoyed with the politics of this race, it's getting on my nerves too. I agree that the candidates should spend more time on the issues and less time arguing with each other. However, I am a strong Obama supporter simply because I've read a lot about him (and Hillary) and I feel like while he might not have the same years under his belt that Hillary does, he does have a track record of change, and positive change at that. Check out the Audacity of Hope or Obama from Promise to Power...both are great sources.
- They aren't bad for the sex or race, they just both really really suck, thats just all there is to say about that!!
- I hate them both. If "Shrillery" wins the election, I'm buying a one-way ticket to New Zealand. HOBBITS!!!!
- i do agree with you in alot of ways , i am torn myself tho , i like both Hilary and Obama , i think they can both do this country a world of good , however as sad as it may be i dont think that this country (not myself) id ready for a black president. Tho i do believe he can be elected , i think it would make him a target of many racial groups and i dont think his family should be put thru that !
- Thank you Bigsey, well said
- They are politicians and Karl Marx would be very proud of them.
- I don't think that it's Barack or Hillary that is doing the back and forth, but their supporters and the news media that is blowing every comment up. Hillary needs to stop Bill from throwing the jabs at obama and a lot of this unneccessary drama would end. I am an Obama supporter and I feel that he handled himself well regarding the matter. He was the first to try to end it.
