Barack Obama?

What are his chances of winning the election? dsanthony, i agree with your last statement, but the rest was pretty ignorant. Obama in my opinion has a great chance of now, yeah no expierence, but id rather have a president without expierence and potential, and not another George Bush pushing bullsh*it into this country. I'm pulling for Barack, rest of the candidates are clowns.

  2. Hopefully better than Clinton.
  3. Other than being half-black and able to construct a sentence in the English Language, Barak has ZERO qualifications for the presidency. He is basically John Kerry without the experience. All you whiny people need to grow up. Obama has ZERO credibility. Other than being black, what experience does he have? Fact is, his half-blackness trumps Bill Richardson's full Hispanicness. Obama doesn't have the experience or knowledge to hold Richardson's coat, but the Dems know they can get more mileage out of a black candidate than a hispanic. Tell me ONE qualification he has for the presidency.
  4. I don't think his chances are too bad. There are a lot of people that despise Hillary, and Edwards isn't doing incredibly well, so he could get the nomination. The Republicans are having a hard time getting someone to step up. McCain's tanking. Guiliani is a 3-time divorcee that married his cousin. Romney's a flip-floppy Mormon (not that Mormon's are bad, there are just a lot of people that wouldn't vote for one). So yeah, I think he might stand a chance.
  5. WOW that was a mean statement desanthony! u need to over come ur racists life bud and stop being jim crows friend
  6. He is as of right now a very strong canidate, but lacks the experince needed and most likely won't get elected cause of it. I personlly don't like bush because of what he has done as a president and i think we can expect to see a democrat in office next year. Now, while obama may not get elected, I think we might see are first women president being that of hilary clinton, even more so with her husband backing her up. dang i sound like a old man and i'am only 17.
  7. all i have to say is racism is still huge today!! and to some people his skin color does matter!!!!!! but not to me i think it would be great for him to win!
  8. There is sooooo NOTHING "special" about him, at least, nothin so significant that puts him above anyone else; and if black people, MY people, think that he is the so-called next "black-leader", or think he is some kinda "upgrade" from J. Jackson/ A. Sharpton...then, they/we honestly dont have a remote CLUE as to what a REAL revolutionary black leader is.
