How do think of Mitt Romney being as a presidental candidate?

I'm a Massachuetts native son,but haven't been there in a while,so could someone from Mass. help clue me in all what he did in his time of Governor of the Bay State!

1. I like Romney.
2. He has done NOTHING good for that state. I left because I just didn't feel safe there anymore. He even supports Gun Control. Ick...Not that it was great before but he certainly didn't help MA at all. Vote Ron Paul!
3. Of all the candidates I think Mitt Romney is the most likely to lead the United States.
4. Who knows? People seem "good" now, but as soon as their steam cools down - people will be able to see them more clearly and not be clouded by all of the media hype.
5. His religion only will dig his grave.

7. I think he's a losing proposition from the get go. He's never going to get rid of two things - the Southern Baptists who can't get over thinking that Mormonism is a cult, and his obvious convenient switch on social issues in the space of a few months to become more palatable to the GOP. Add in his tendency to lie about stupid things like being a life long hunter and he's one of the worst candidates the GOP could possibly run.
