Did Mitt Romney also take Mormon temple vows about disembowling himself and slitting his throat?
Given that there's a Mormon running for president, and people would like to get some sense of the quality of his judgment, I think this is an important question. Prior to 1990, the Mormon temple ceremony contained language about slitting your own throat rather than revealing the secrets of the temple. You can google this or watch this portion of a documentary: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vr89H8otOxM Is a guy who took this pledge trying to work his way into the oval office? Hey Brother G... Are you sure I've never been to the temple? Have you been through my underwear drawer lately?

- Yes **roll eyes** Seriously... why mixing religion with politics? ah, and what happens in the Temple is not secret, it is SACRED. We don't slit throat or whatever weird stuff the world may say.
- I think the last time I read the US Constitution, it spoke of freedom of worship -- why don't you accord the same privilege?
- Fischer stop being a bigot...you never went in to the temple and you leave bigoted remarks about the Mormon Temple ceremonies.
- So the Mormons are like Samurai now? That's kinda badass.
- Here you are again. Another question about the Mormon Church. You must have a very big chip on shoulder about this subject and I would prefer that you come clean and come right out and say what you have on your mind. Isn't the theme of your questions, about honesty? Then why are you not honest with what ever is getting to you re Mormons.
- If you are supposed to be a christian, why don't you spend time learning about your own religion, living the principles taught in the bible, and following Christ's example, rather than attacking the beliefs of others? It is very unproductive and reflects poorly on christianity in general.
- No one wants to see your under ware!!! With all you skid marks!!!!
