Why does Mitt Romney need so much make-up?
Analysis of Romney's campaign finance records during his time as Massachusetts governor shows he spent nearly $2,000 on makeup artists over four years. The personal-beautification spending was divided over six sessions to three separate companies. Individual makeup jobs ranged in price from $180 to $690. And he's still using make-up for his (failed) Presidential run. Why would a man need so much make-up? Is he striving to be a pretty boy?

- these kind of petty questions get so old. I can't debate with issues so I'm gonna insult and belittle.
- To be attractive to the voters.
- Good point. And all the cons here can do is moan about Edward's $400 haircut.
- If you are going to spend millions of dollars on your campaign, why not look your best at all times; especially, when you are in front of the camera.
- Look to Nixon at the Kennedy/Nixon debate. His melting bad makeup helped win the Presidency for Kennedy. We require such things of our candidates in a visual society.
- well...I guess the same reason the breck girl needs 400.00 hair cuts and primps in a mirror for 45 min....
- Yeah, they criticize Edwards but Romney looks like he shellacs his hair and Rudy only wishes he had hair.
- Because he is ugly.
- Because he's actually a really ugly woman.
