Was Mitt Romney a good governor?

I have heard that he took one of the states worst deficits (several billion) and turned it into a surplus? He seems like a stand-up guy to me. This was all on the heels of fixing the financial issues of of 2002 Olympics. What's your opinion?

1. He was a conservative Republican elected in a liberal Democrat state and had a high popularity because he ran the state so well. That says a lot.
2. Only if you like people that tell you what you want to hear... I prefer the truth.
3. He also stands up for the things this country was founded on. He's also a Christian. He also has very detailed plans for the war, economy, and many other things... He's defiantly the man for the USA.
