If Mitt Romney becomes president will we have more than one first lady?
Public Comments
- Not according to the law, but you can't blame a guy for trying...
- Good question, but I doubt he'll want to re-institute polygamy.
- humm its possible must be the magic underware the Mormons issue
- No. But he'll never win so I wouldn't worry about it much.
- Very funny! :o)
- He has great hair.
- On the off chance that HUSSEIN Obama becomes President will we have to worry about his family having connections to terrorists since his dad was a Muslim?
- It is evident that many who have answered this question know nothing factual about the LDS Church.
- Now, that is a totally ignorant question. Romney has been married to the same ONE woman since 1968. Oh, I get it now. You are actually longing for the good old days when Clinton was in the White House and had several different mistresses. Well, hopefully we won't ever see shame like that in the WH again for quite some time.
- Well this question ranks a #1 on the stupidity scale. Mormon Polygamy was banned by the Mormon Church 106 years ago. You would think after 107 years, someone might get a clue.!!!!!
- He only has one wife. He never practiced ploygamy, though some of his ancestors did. How about Harry Reid? I hear he is a Mormon too. So what.
- god forbid- Hilary Clinton was enuff- can u imagine two of her???
- No, he will only have one. Unless he decides to allow polygamy and then who knows? Jeeper- The LDS may not practice it right now,but they do believe it to be a gospel principle. Sweet n Sour- I've never claimed to be an expert about anything. I've always advised people who ask about the church to look at LDS and non-LDS materials. I believe that is the right way to inform yourself about anything, you look at the good, the bad, and the ugly. Reading the Bible and truly investigating the church showed me that it's not what it claims to be. I didn't even look at what you would call "anti-Mormon" stuff until I was out. As for Mitt, he is just like ever other politician he flip flops on things. He will say whatever he has to to get elected.
- Misty - you are wrong about that. You are wrong about many things. You think you know, but you don't. Just because you are an ex-Mormon does not make you an expert on LDS doctrine. As for Mitt - he has integrity, he has morals, he has values, and he has one wife.
