Now that October 12th has passed, do you think Ron Paul had a chance to win the primaries?
Vote for Ron Paul 2008! Revolution Our Only Hope!

- Sure so does Billy Joe Klaig; he is the local nut job that runs for President every year. He sits on his porch and waves to his potential constituents.
- I have been considering joining the revolution but I don't think he is part of the global conspiracy so won't win the election.
- I am not sure why October 12th is a key date. I do not see anything that has changed Ron Paul's chances recently other than the withdrawal of Senator Brownback. I do not know if that withdrawal positively impacts any other candidate with the possible exception of Governor Huckabee. Given that Representative Paul's message of staying out of foreign conflicts is not consistent with the interventionist principles of the Religious Right, I doubt that Senator Brownback's withdrawal helps Representative Paul. Even with Representative Paul's impressive third quarter numbers, he is still substantially behind the top three Republican contenders in money available to be spent on the January and early February contests. His message is also not consistent with the Republican platforms from the past six elections. I do not know how, without substantially more money, he convinces the majority of the Republican Party that they are wrong and he is right. Since most of the main states are closed primaries, attracting independents and anti-war Democrats to his cause does not help him win the nomination. As such, I do not see any reason to upgrade his chances from being a distant long shot at the present time.
- yes he will win at least some of the primaries and hopfully enough to get the nomination if not then maybe he will run on the libertarian ticket vote for ron paul the only patriot in congress
- Absolutely! He IS our only hope!!
