  1. He is too soft on national defense. Everything else is great though :)
  2. Just what the doctor ordered.
  3. Don't really know. He's doing precious little to get his word out, and I don't have time to go chasing down YouTube video-bites. If he's a serious candidate, let him get the word out and I'll have a look.
  4. Oh Ron Paul... I kept thinking you were saying Roup Paul...
  5. Who?
  6. nothing
  7. I think, "No".
  8. Honestly I dont even know who Ron Paul is. I never go to youtube and if thats the only place to see him then he isnt a national candidate.
  9. I'm ready for it!
  10. He is way out there . Getting rid of federal agency's that employ 100's of thousands of workers and do research is going to help how . He is an extremist and would go to far . I happen to like some of his platform but I tend to think of him as a slightly short sighted individual that would cause a lot of short term pain but achieve long term results that people would be happy with down the road .
  11. He is the best choice we've had in a long time if not ever, however with the media continuing to censor him ( because we know who controls the media) because the federal gov't doesn't want anyone in who doesn't support them getting richer at our expense. Or maybe its because they don't want their scam exposed too many people think the popular vote elects the president everybody forgets its the electoral college. For whatever reason I know it's because they're scared.
  12. Ron Paul is an idiot. He is also a racist. He also advocates a return to the gold standard, which no nation today uses. He also supports gun rights....for crazy people. He also has referred to paper money as 'counterfeit' and wants us to go back to gold and silver coins. Throw away that wallet and replace it with a piggy bank if Ron Paul wins. Dude is just a nutcase about 200 years behind the times.
  13. Ron Paul is exactually what we need right now to bring our great country around to reality again. He is a constitutionalist. We have not heard from him because the LIEberal media fears him and won't give him airtime. If he gets in, and doesn't get assisinated by our own evil people behind the powers, everything will change for the better. The greedy people will be out, and once again the constitution will be in. If the greedy ones are out of power, perhaps Al-Qaida will quit attacking us. He is the answer to our prayers!
  14. Ron Paul is the obvious choice for president simply because he complies with the constitution of the United States. I posted one question that said if it were up to me, before graduating eight grade, high school, and even college; I would make it mandatory to have a thorough knowledge of the constitution and you would need a 85 or better to pass. One person thought my standards were to high. Well to that I say this--were the standards that our forefathers set (those who died on behalf of our country to gain our freedoms and even those who were maimed), did they set the bar to high to gain our freedom? Ron Paul consistently states his views (based upon the constitution) on whether we should do something or not. He voted against the Iraq war. Why? Because the constitution strictly forbids invading another country without any reason. What reason did we have? We had faulty intelligence and we didn't even wait for the U.N. inspection team to finish searching for WMD's. Isn't that the reason we went into Iraq? Well, we didn't find any and that, in and of itself, proves that Ron Paul was right based on what the constitution says. As far as gun rights are concerned, think of this. All we hear about in the media is about the nutcases who have lost it and go on a rampage. Why don't we hear about the countless number of times when people were able to defend themselves from would be invaders in their home or even on the street? Sounds to me like those would outweigh the nutcases we hear about who go off on a rampage. He believes in freedom on the internet. What a novel thought. He believes in something called freedom of speech. Another constitutional right. He believes in freedom of the press. Hey, isn't this guaranteed by our constitution as well? He believes in habeus corpus for all who are charged with a crime. Hey, isn't that in the constitution as well. He believes in no central banking. Isn't that in the constitution as well? He believes in limited government. Think of all the government institutions we have. Indirectly, I believe this amounts to taxation without representation. Hey, isn't that what the Boston Tea Party was all about? He believes that our money should be backed by gold. What a novel thought. This is constitutional as well. The Federal Reserve Bank (which isn't federal and has no congressional oversight) no longer does M3 reporting. M3 reporting was important because it let congress know how much money was being printed up. Guess what? Ron Paul seemed to be the only one who questioned why M3 reporting was no longer being reported. He even said that as a result of this action, congress no longer would have any oversight of the Federal Reserve Bank. But hey, who would want a guy who stands up for the constitution to represent the people of the United States? The answer to that is ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
