Is Ron Paul the 2008 Perot?!?
Public Comments
- No, because Perot was an independent. Paul is a republican.
- Yes. A vote for him is a vote for Clinton.
- No Perot ran as an independent, Paul is a republican EDIT: Holbrook, do you even know what your own party stands for? the republican party traditionally has been the anti-war/less government party, the party has lost it's way not Congressman Paul.. he is the only "true conservative" running and he never said "9/11 was an inside job" And btw an estimated 1/3 of republicans are opposed the war in Iraq get your facts straight
- A vote for Paul is a vote for America.
- I voted for Perot and Ron does not have the support
- I don't think so. He would make a horrible candidate in the general election due to his bad foreign policy ideas and his radical ideas that he has no way to implement. The difference between him at Perot is that he says he will not run as an independent. With no chance of winning the ticket he won't be able to have much influence on the outcome of the general election.
- Maybe, but not in the sense that it will mess up the Republicans like Perot did...see look he got us Ol Billy Bob twice...but Liberals don't like to talk about Clinton only getting 45% of the popular vote, but they will be the first to say Gore won the popular vote in 00....he will split the "Looney Left" vote because he think 9/11 was an inside job and most people supporting him are Liberals...no Republican will vote for him...
