6. You are speaking the truth. It's something the mainstream media ignores. These are real people voting in straw polls, not some poll being conducted where only people with land line phones are called. When the Iowa caucus is held, we will finally know the truth. The 6% Ron Paul is currently polling will turn out to be 20% and he will surprise the media, but it will not surprise Ron Paul's supporters. My prediction: 3rd in Iowa, 2nd in New Hampshire, 1st in Nevada.

11. Ron Paul is not leading; Polling via companies like Rassmussen and Zogby and such is a very carefully done science, it isn't just getting drunk on martinis and doodling numbers on a napkin. "Ron Paul...I think...give him sixty percent? Yeah, let's publish that..." All I can say is that nobody gets 62.5% of the vote in a Presidential election, no matter how likeable they are, that would mean a meltdown of the Democratic party like you never saw - not like you'd seen from Mondale, from McGovern, Dukakis - nobody. They sure don't look melted down to me. And the second set of numbers seems to come from a seemingly "unbiased" site called ronpaul2008.com? Yeah...yeah, well. What's interesting is not if Ron Paul can win, but the big schism in Republican politics that he is the face of.
