9. This depends on your idea of a good President. I think George Bush has been a good President, and I think Ronald Reagan was the greatest President to date. I think Bill Clinton should never have been elected the first time, and never will understand how he was elected twice. Yet there are those who would tell you he is (was) the greatest President of all.
