For what reason would anyone vote for Rudy Giuliani for president?

12. He's a better choice then any of the democrats... It's sad now days that we have to vote for the lesser of two evils... Were not voting for a good candidate anymore.. instead were voting for the better of the two... I look forward to the day when we have a candidate we can believe in again and who will earn our respect.. We could use another Teddy Roosevelt..
13. 1. It's very early in the process and most Americans are just not paying attention yet. Giuliani has the most money to spend, so the media like him best, so people see his name more. So when pollsters say "Who would you vote for in the Republican Primary" and they remember his name first. Nobody wants to admit they can't think of more than one or two candidates. 2. Pat Robertson endorsed him! There are a certain number of people in this country to who don't know ANYTHING about Giuliani except that Robertson endorsed him! But that's enough for them. After all, Robertson gets direct advice from Jesus! 3. Republicans don't care about ethics and morality except in Democratic candidates. There is a long list of 'crimes' that are only illegal if a Democrat does them, like cheating on your wife or letting friends sleep in the Lincoln Bedroom. 4. Many Repub voters think Giuliani has the best chance of beating the Democrats. I mean, look at all the other candidates. They're all as badly flawed as Giuliani. Ron Paul is the only one with anything to say beyond the same old hackneyed party-line.

16. Well, he's good at lying, so if somebody isn't very intelligent they might vote for him. However, any intelligent person should be able to tell that the Crusade against "Islamo-Fascism" is a stupid idea.
