1. nope. and that's great he supports gay rights. but, no. it will be clinton/richardson in 2008. i am sure of it. the political pendulum must now swing to the opposite side, then in 2016 it will be a republican again - probably at least. i am thinking the new governor in Louisiana. He seems very "Barack" for them. Plus, he's against women's rights, stem cell research, and gay rights, so this is something that Republicans can look forward too. However, we'll have to see what the social atmosphere is like by then. Right now, it's very 4th Century, so by 2016 - it might 5 or 6 Century. We'll see.

5. He hasn't come out in support of gay rights, he has come out as being sympathetic, and that's a big difference. Pat Robertson has endorsed Rudy, and quite frankly I think that's the kiss of death for him.
6. I would hope not, unless you want the bs from the past 8 years to continue. I'm going to vote for Ron Paul, at least he knows what the proper role of the federal government is.
7. Much too early to tell. At this time 4 years ago, everyone (including the media) thought Howard Dean was going to win.
8. I think you give him too much credit on this issue. He has already said he would give the Republicans 95% of what they want.
