Decision 2008: Hillary Clinton vs. Rudy Giuliani?
Sorry to disappoint anyone who may disagree, but no force known to man is going to stop this general election matchup. Let's be realistic, this will be a Clash of Titans. Among a VAST number of factors, here are three "major" things to consider: 1. Will Mrs. Clinton be able to attract at least 8% of the republican women vote? 2. Will Mr. Giuliani be able to garner at least 73% of the evangelical vote? 3. Who will win New York State? On November 4, 2008, America will answers these questions.
Public Comments
- 1. No 2. No 3. Neither It is too early to call this race decided. More than likely, a sleeper is gonna emerge from the Republicans like John McCain or Mike Huckabee. Also, I think Obama or Edwards will get the Democrat nominee. I believe a Republican will be the next president of the United States. However, I will probably vote independent.
- A "Clash of Titans"? Hilliary has no executive experience. (Remember - Congress is legislative, not executive.) She has no military experience. She has no business experience. The only financial experience she ever had was the crooked Whitewater deal.
- After tonites debate, I really like Huckebee
- 1.) Clinton may get 8%, but what does 8% matter 2.)Giuliani will not get that much of the evangelical vote, he placed 8th in a recent straw poll among Christians. http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/10/20/romney.values/index.html 3.) Clinton will win NY, she has won over alot of GW Bush counties there, (they said she couldnt win the senate seat, and she did twice) Huckabee was awesome tonight, as far as substance, McCain was good too. Giuliani did very poor. Besides when has NewYork ever gone Republican in the last 100 years...Never I think your hoping a Clinton Giuliani run, will not happen, He trails the senator, and even more so in the important swing states. McCain-(the underdog) does not trail Clinton as much as Giuliani, he does better in the South and West.
- How about neither? I don't see Guiliani getting the GOP nod. I would hope Ron Paul gets it but I feel that Romney or McCain will win it.
