Rudy Giuliani? Think before you vote....No Way!!?

Rudy Giuliani has the reputation of turning 911 into a "New York" thing. A "Heroes" tradition holiday now. The world was effected by the trgaedy of 911 in the United States of America. New York is not America! Now, whenever something silly happens in NY, the media hunts for publicity. Lets try and remember that 911 was an attack on the World Trade Center and World Economics, not New York City. Rudy Giuliani found it was a great time to collect merit for his contreversies on the east coast. Perfect timing. Research his history. He is politically imbalanced and the fact that he studies for America's answers for debating, they are not his intentions. He is a close sider with H. Clinton, and the democrats strategy to make religion unconstitutional, and taking control away from the most important process of America. "The People". Should NY become the new White House? Probably not. They have enough problems, and lets face it, the personalities of NY'ers is quite..well you know! Vote him out!

I think Rudy handled 9/11 very well, sorry to disagree with you but it did happen in New York and although we watched on T.V as the world trade centers went down the people of New York saw it first hand. It had to be devastating to be there.It is there personal family and friends that were lost along with the people on those planes. Also Rudy did alot to change the image of New York and for that he should get Kudos. However, I do not think this qualifies Rudy to be president though.
3. Absolutely!! As a New Yorker I can def vouch for the fact that he was a horrible mayor... Just ask the firefighters and workers WHY THEY ARE PROTESTING HIM.. I'd just like to add somethings to your list: -His current co-chair has been quoted as saying "Blacks are retarted" -He declined to sign a pledge not to raise taxes or create new taxes, confirming the possibility of higher taxes for the average American under his presidency. - Rudy has no foreign policy experience -Contrary to popular belief he does not support gay marriage, only civil unions! -People assume he will be tough on fighting “terrorism” but he can’t even manage to support keeping our borders secure. According to him “illegal immigration is not a crime” expect wage depression, a higher rate of unemployment and a bigger health care crisis under his presidency as well. Also “it has been alleged that Giuliani never read 9/11 Commission's Report and that he did not attend any meetings of the Iraq Study Group after being appointed to it in early 2006.” -The fact Rudy Giuliani is “America’s mayor” is simply a myth. Due to his negligence he caused more deaths on 9/11. He suspended the search at ground zero when 242 firefighters were still missing because of outdated radios which Giuliani was warned about! -And New York City’s crime rate being down attributes to police Commissioner Bill Bratton, Rudy had nothing to do with it.. “Bratton, not Giuliani, was featured on the cover of Time Magazine in 1996.[54] Giuliani forced Bratton out of his position after two years, in what was generally seen as a battle of two large egos in which Giuliani was unable to accept Bratton's celebrity”
4. New Yorkers are what? I'd like to know....I'm from New York. You want a piece of me?! LOL, kidding. But yes, Rudy has been milking his "As someone who has lived through the attacks of 9/11..." rant and it's getting old. I wouldn't vote for him either and the New Yorkers who really know about him and his past wouldn't either. As far as 9/11 being a NY thing, it wasn't, but if you lived there, it felt personal.
5. Rudy is more than a close sider with H. Clinton. His views are enough to label him "the poor man's Hillary Clinton". Yes, indeed, one should give a lot of thought before voting for Rudy.
6. You're right in some ways. Rudy Giuliani was a good leader for New York during 911. I don't think anybody else could have done a better job than he did. But, I don't think that qualifies him to be the President of the United States. Mr. Giuliani lacks in the moral department which really bothers me.
7. Vote both the NY Mayor and the NY Senator OUT! :P
