Why is Senator Joe Biden, so low in the polls ?
here is the one person with Presidential qualitys, and he is way behind in the polls. I believe that it is his sister that is his campaign manager, could that be a problem ? ( not enough displaying of campaign ads of his accomplishments and abilitys ?)

- He's a pretty dull speaker for starters. I know that's a sad reason.
- He may still be being punished for that plagiarism case a few years ago. Plus he doesn't have enough national charisma. Locals like him but no else seems to see him as a viable candidate.
- Joe Biden suffers from a terrible illness called Foot In Mouth Disease.
- I like him too. He ran before but his speech writer didn't give the acknowledgment to a quote he used and Biden was unaware that it was a quote so he got nailed for it. I don't think he has a lot of money for his campaign. Also when he is speaking, its like he is debating in the Senate instead of giving a campaign speech. He is very down to earth and probably has good judgment and works well with both parties. I believe he is also a Constitutional lawyer. He may just not be perceived as a presidential type by a lot of people. He's folksy. I'm surprised he isn't doing better in Iowa because many of the people coming to the caucus are rural.
- I don't know I have been asking that question for months. I think he is too low key with not enough exposure and controversy. Too bad because I think he would make a great president. He may be dropping out soon without more support.
- Joe Biden does not seem interested in the presidency. He seems rather bored with the whole thing. I don't think he connects well with the people because you actually have to mingle, to collect votes. His demeanor does not indicate to me a man who cares if he wins or not. Too bad though. He has a lot of knowledge but he is not putting it to use.
- That's an easy answer, because most Democrats are dumber than parking lot gravel. If they had any brains they'd be Republicans so Joe loses out anyway.
- He ran for president 20 years ago too in 1988.
- Thats not it at all. I am a republican and I can tell you that the reason is Joe Biden is too thoughtful and speaks what he really feels is true and that turns off the move.org leaders of the democratic party.
- If you notice for the most part the people with the least amount of experience are the leaders and those with lots of experience are all @ 5% or less in the polls, after all they have cast votes on issues so they might have a hard time getting away with just telling you what you want to hear. Joe Biden(25 yrs) has more experience in Gov't office then Hillary, Obama, and Edwards, combined (23 yrs). The low %, But Highly Experienced: Biden: (25 yrs) Senator Jan 73 - Current Christopher Dodd: (23 yrs )House Rep. 75-81, Senator 81-Current The Leaders , Very Low Experience: Hillary: (7 yrs)Senator Jan 01- Current Obama: (10 yrs) Senator Jan 05 - Current, State Senate 97 -04 Edwards: (6 yrs) Senator Jan 99 - Jan 05 The Republicans side is not as extreme as this but somewhat a similar pattern.
- he is an old dinosaur of washington dc
