If Richardson or Biden were the top 2 candidates, who would make a better President?

I love Joe Biden - so I am going with him. I know Biden plagarized - blah blah blah, Bush did coke and drank well into his 40's so....shady? Um.....at least Biden states that what he did was the biggest mistake of his life - you obviosuly don't know Joe Biden.
