Is Joe Biden the next President of the United States?

I heard some people saying he was going to run.

8. He plans to run, but no.. he won't win. The next Democratic president (according to every poll done on a Democratic site .. not the mainstream media who always say Hillary is running).. I mean DEMOCRATIC blogs, forums, chats, etc. always pick General Wesley Clark as the number one choice. General Clark screwed up royally in his first attempt by jumping in so late, and by skipping Iowa (deadly mistake) --- but he's learned from that. If Clark opts not to run, look for former Governor of Virginia Mark Warner (who continues to break all records in fundraising), or possibly Evan Bayh who also plans to run. If General Clark decides not to run, he'll be a premium VP choice for anyone.
9. Yes, he will run but will never make it. The democratic party has no plan to win the war on terror. I will give it to Biden, he has more ideas than any other democrat.
10. I almost feel sorry for the Dem's these days.Just look at your choices,..Kerry, Hillary,Biden,Dean,...Good Lord, the Repubs could throw up Pat Robertson and beat that crew even LOL
