Why would Joe Biden bring this up during a Presidential Debate.?

Really, why would the American people want to know, or have a right to know such personal information. Joe Biden announces he got tested for AIDS and announces that he knows that Obama got tested for AIDS.

1. What does this have to do with anything? Being medically sound is a good thing, right? If anything, Biden should be applauded, not slammed for this.
2. Joe is getting older and is apparently not watching his tongue. We are relieved to hear he still has working privates. And he seems to be shamelessly sleeping around :) An older version of Clinton.

He was trying to say black folk should all get tested for AIDS (in order to curb its spread as it involves that race in America) and was trying to say that it is not just the low lives that get tested. That it shouldn't be something that they should be afraid or ashamed to do. That entire debate was quite strange to me... The whole thing came across very elitist.

5. Well, I personally think that he can announce his testing all he likes. Why he would is anyone's guess. But I think that Biden might have a little bit of a HIPPA violation on his hands there when it comes to announcing that Obama also was tested. That is something that isn't allowed to be disclosed by anyone except the person that was tested. Wonder what will happen??
6. He's a Democrat... he's probably been tested for Syphilises, The Clap, Herpes... etc... all the STDs... most likely monthly.
