Republicans do you like John McCain or no?

As a conservate dem id considering voting for john mccain he is conservate on important social issues such as not allowing gay marriage, against abortion, he is also known for being tough on crime and supporting citizens right to own firearms.

4. I like him fine, I have a lot of respect for him for his service to our country. I also wouldn't vote for him because of his shenanigans with the drunkard Ted Kennedy in trying to slip illegal immigrant rights through while America slept....
5. He is one of the few that actually served in the military and would qualify as commander in chief. He's fine by me.
6. To answer your question; I love John McCain, but that being said I think he is a little too old and his body might not stand up to four years of stress that the Presidency puts on you. I am going for someone a little younger.
7. McCain is a great honest man. He is everything you say he is up there. He stands strongly by all of his decisions. However, McCain's honesty is his downfall. He has lost a large amount of support with his position on illegal immigration, the Bush tax cuts, and water boarding.
