John McCain is an apologist for George Bush?

Have you notice that over the years John McCain had supported George Bush on numerous issues. For the longest he has been supported of the Iraq war. If you do some research you will notice John McCain has been an apologist for Bushes policy. In essence, when you vote for McCain aren't you voting for Bush. With all due respect to Mr. McCain because I do have respect for him for his service, but being a hero does not necessary qualify one to be president of the United States. I believe many people are mesmerize emotionally by McCain heroism and are blindsided on whether or not he is up to the job of being president. I welcome your thoughts. David th - Unfortunately, you are wrong about Bush being his own man. You ought to do you homework, McCain was cozy with Bush on so many issues, I thought McCain was Bush's other lady.

1. You're right. McCain backed up Bush on every policy. He claimed to have disagreements, but campaigned harder than anyone to get him re-elected. A vote for McCain is a vote for George Bush policies.
