What do you think the chances of a John McCain - John Edwards race in 2008?

My prediction is a John-John election. .

  1. Pretty small because both candidates are considered underdogs within their parties. If a race happened, McCain would probably easily beat Edwards.

  11. I think it could happen. Anything is possible right now. I have doubts that McCain will make it, but it is possible. I think Edwards is a strong contender.
  12. McCain will be nominated but I am not sure about Edwards if he wins Iowa maybe...
  13. Coming from NH - I saw Romney in action in MA - kinda like him...but if you want a strong military...go McCain....Mitts bad mouthing is looking pretty bad. And GOD save us if Clinton gets in...how many favors does she owe people????? So I think it will be McCain- OBama....

  15. I doubt it. Edwards is way behind over all. And nationally he would never make it. The media is making a big deal out of how close it is. But in IA only about 7 or 8% are voting and more then half are republicans. And they can switch after the poll. Both parties are going to nominate someone that can win in the national election. Probably Romney... but Huck is very popular and if he balances the ticket with someone "like" Mitt or John, he could pull it off. Hilary is a gamble, she doesn't have the momentum any longer. She voted for the war and then opposed it.. not good.

  19. I think McCain has a good chance of winning NH and swinging the race. But edwards doesnt look too good, even though those polls are flipflopping. I can't see it happening though.
