After John McCain over the years was not a true republican..?

Does it suprise anyone now that he is supporting illegal aliens for the hispanic vote so he can be president? At the cost of Americans lifestyles and wage levels. He will ruin the middle class. He will change our lifestyles and the middle class. John McCain is a discrace to veterans and the American work force who allready has taken a huge hit by globalisation. John McCain is a discrace to this nation. What do you think?

  1. Won't vote for the man, but..............a disgrace? Bit of a stretch.
  2. honorable soldier, so-so senator (finds himself on the wrong side too often), horrible as a potential president. he will not have my vote.
  3. it is the middle class electing him...so it is the middle class who are destroying themselves.
  4. Its important to remember he is voting in representation of the state of Arizona and not the GOP. In Arizona, this kind of reform is generally supported.
  5. Disgrace might be a harsh word to use, but I know he's been a disappointment to the Republican party. Not to worry though, he'll never get the nomination from them with the way he's been buddying up with liberals and being anti-Iraq war. Fred Thompson will hopefully make a good run at it. Rudy and John just aren't conservative enough for the Republican nomination.
  6. He is acting more like a Democrat than a Republican, I grant you that much. More Dems are for this, and it is just for the vote to get elected. They do not care after their terms what happens, as long as they win this next time. Afterall, it would probably take about 20 to 30 million extra votes to get elected and guess what, this is the only way they will get them, they do not care how much more of a hardship it will be on the American citizens. At one time I like McCain, but no more McCain for me.
  7. He is one of the gang of 14 who subverted the democratic process to change the filibuster rules. I would not worry about McCain; he is about as electable as Charles Manson His "popularity" is the result of the New York times love for him. The call him a maverick; which is code for disagreeing with Republicans. At election time they lose their affection for him however.
