Barack Obama? DOes that bother you?
In response to some girls mssg. ( probably a Clinton freak) Does it bother you that Im not using his middle name to describe his character? That Im choosing a canidate for his issues and policies and his strentghs and not because of there race or gender? That Im not interested in what experience a canidate may have when experience lately has lead us to scandal, embarassment, war, and lies to the American people? That maybe, just maybe, we need a canidate who can fix our foriegn relations by talking rather than WAR? Does Obama scare me, NO... Voters with out any knowledge and vote for someone based on the things I just listed above or vote on them because of there NAMEBRAND, yet wonder how we got Bush JR a 1st term and a 2nd term! So what really scares people about Obama?

- Lack of experience...plain and simple.. However, he comes across as intelligent...and I would not necessarily mind if he were president...he is as good of a choice, as many of the other candidates... however, our country is prejudiced...and I feel that a black person will still have a hard time winning...there are a lot of people that would never admit to being prejudiced, but in a voting booth, would not vote for him because of the color of his skin...and they may feel he would give "power" to other black people. In addition, the fact that his father is Muslim, will be an issue for many people...also, his name Obama, sounds like Osama, so will confuse many uneducated ignorant folks who heard somewhere that he is Muslim, and does not salute the flag, and all of the other crap that is not true, but is floating around. Anyway, I have an open mind...and am interested in hearing more about his ideals.... I will consider him
- A candidates first, middle or last name says nothing about their character. However when someone uses is to try and imply something based on Obama's middle name, it does say something about that persons character.
- I think he will be predjuced against white people.
- Doesn't bother me, i'm voting for Ronald Ernest Paul.
- Nothing scares me about an intelligent graduate of Harvard Law School. Nothing scares me about his name. If names scared me then I would tremble at Schwarzanegger. People only use his middle name usually to be smarta**** and to slam him. Diplomacy has overridden experience many times in our history, so his inexperience doesn't bother me. Nothing about Obama scares intelligent people with common sense. Bush has scared me to death with a simple name like that. I would welcome Obama in comparison.
- Personally I don't care for the guy, but I really can't tolerate it when people throw out ridiculous accusations about his middle name and religion. It really shouldn't be an issue, he's been a practicing Christian for many years. As for what scares me about Senator Obama? his lack of experience, consistency and integrity
- I like Obama, but the more he talks the less I want to vote for him, he isn't very good in debates.
- Again the answer is experience. I would vote for Obama in another 8 years. Just not right now, He is way too green. I see it day in and day out. You can talk about education but I tell you something that my years of work and experience has taught me in dealing with HIGHLY intelligent educated people. Experience trumps education every time! When we hire we ask what mistakes have you made and what have you learned from them. If an individual doesn't have a nice laundry list of mistakes we don't want them working for our company because they just have not learned WHAT NOT TO DO yet.
- The scary and frightening aspect re Baracka Hussein Obama,Jr.,is his dishonoring the American flag of two separate public occasions, refusing towear an American flag lapel pin, and refusing to hold his hand over his heart during the playing of the national anthen, when ALL the others on the same stage, including Hillary Rodham Clinton had the decency and respect to hold their hands over their hearts. Source: Associated Press, News Busters, Time. Anyone ashamed of their middle name because it is a Muslim name given to him by his biological father should not be running for president. We need candidates who are open and honest. Re integrity, Hussein purchased real estate from the wife of Chicago real estate developer Tony Rezko, now under indictment, at a price of only a portion of real market value. The MSN who gives Hussein preferential treatmet, failed to carry the story, Chicago Sun Times excepted, and Chicago Sun Times is the source. Further Hussein did in fact attend public schools in Indonesia, enrolled by his Muslim stepfather as a Muslim. He later attended a Catholic school. He claims to be running as the Black candidate, when he is 50% White, which makes him 50% correct, and we need better than a 50% average in the oval office. Hussein, by claiming to be a Christian currently, is now a Muslim apostate, an offense punishable by death under Sharia (Muslim religious law). Finally, Hussein is a classic polly-parrot, copying the ideas, plans, and brainwork of other candidates, and if you listened to the NPR Democrat debate yesterday, you would be able to understand. Thus far, Hussein has uttered empty rhetoric, worn out platitudes, and nothing of substance. The oval office is not the place for on the job training, and experimentation. This country needs a president of integrity, one who shows respect and loyalty to flag and country, and not some agenda driven puppet and parrot of the left wing.
- I dint think people are "scared" of Obama you seem to be the one who acts like a (low) paid hack do you have any real questions ? or is it all rants and statements ? (I see your good at being rude also)
