How would Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton help resolve the issue that is Global Warming?

What are the plans of both senators to help resolve Global Warming? Please explain both plans if possible. Why won't anyone take this question SERIOUSLY?

1. Well,Obama intends to switch to light cigarettes and Hillary promised to keep her yap shut(therefore not allowing anymore hot air to escape). That help?
2. neither would or could solve this phony issue. the climate comes in cycles!
3. I don't exactly know, but at least they agree that it does exist...which is the first step.
4. They could start by simply closing their mouths. That will remove plenty of hot gases from the atmosphere.

7. Sir, please don't fall prey to all the Global Warming scare tactics!!! It is true that the global temperature is rising. 0.7 degrees Celsius in the last 100 years!! Not something to be panicked about!! The globe has been going through cycles of warming and cooling that last 30 to 40 years. In 1971 Time magazine had an article saying that another Ice Age was on the way and that scientists were suggesting that we use coal soot and cover the ice cap with it to keep the earth more warm.
