Does Barack Obama write his own speeches?

(see question) The reason I ask is that a talking head on Fox reported he writes his speeches, which his wife proofreads. Does anyone have a reliable source proving otherwise?

1. None of them do.They all have speech writers, they just pick out which one they like best..
2. He is SO hollywood so I would guess, no.
3. He does write a lot of his own speeches, but I'm sure he has advisors and writers to help out.

5. highly unlikely. He hires someone to put it together and then he checks it and has the hired person make changes as needed.
6. To my knowledge, most politicans have speech writers, and give or tell the speech writers their ideas and the speech writers and politicians work hand in hand to articulate it and make it nice.
