I know from those experiences that she understands the demands and sacrifice of military life. I am confident she will always put the readiness and well being of our troops first. She is ready to be Commander-in-Chief." General Shelton is the second Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to endorse Senator Clinton, the first being General John Shalikashvili.
Why does Senator Hillary Clinton make so many gop men feel puny and emasculated? We all know that the majority of men who are far-right fundies are very threatened by women who are stronger than they are, so clearly they speak in unreasonable terms when rant and whining about her.She really makes them feel emasculated. It's funny...but I wonder why so .many feel that way? Could this also help explain why these same people get so worked up over homosexuality? Sounds reasonable..
Senator Hillary Clinton, is the most qualified candidate for president and the "best agent for change:? She is more likely to effect change , than just being a symbiol of change She is more respected all over the world. In politics , and for the person whose going to be president of the most powerful country in the world, you need to be influential outside your domain, the president of America is the leader of the free world, and you dont assume that position by being the king pin of Chicago Democrats should spare the world of thier protest vote
now that senator Hillary Clinton pretty much locked the nomination, shouldnt mccain just throw in the towel? mccain would LOSE any debate with Senator Hillary Clinton mccain cannot win a national election. conservatives dislike him and the republican party pretty much has collapsed. their turn out numbers to the polls are a record low. with this in mind and the inevitability of Senator Clinton becoming the next president of the US, shouldnt Mccain just step down instead of wasting taxpayers money, donor money and etc.. That like Mike tyson offering to fight me in a ring. well, I might as well just give up before i get my ear bit off. Same sceneraio here.
Why did Rudy Giuliani drop out in mid-race when he was running for NY Senator against Hillary Clinton? He said that he needed to concentrate on is prostrate cancer treatments. Was that just an excuse due to the fact that his poll numbers were so low & he knew he didn't have a chance? Elizabeth Edwards is also getting treatments for her breast cancer; yet, she's accompanying her husband on his campaign. If Rudy is nominated for the presidency & his cancer should re-emerge, will he drop out again? And what if he actually wins the presidency & then the cancer comes back? What will Rudy do?

Experience. Senator Hillary Clinton or Senator Barack Obama? I've been reading and keeping up on the political debates that have been going on. The one thing that I keep hearing from the Clinton camp is that Obama lacks experience. I understand that Hillary entered the US Senate in 2001 and Barack entered in 2005. Has Hillary done any governmental jobs prior to that? I think people are running her and her husband, Bill's, accomplishments together. HE served as US President. Can we then let Hillary put that on her resume? To me, both are new to US Government, Hillary may have a slight lead of 4 years, but it is not enough to call her opponent inexperienced, or is it? Where is her 35 years experience? All I, and most of America, know about is her run in the US Senate. Both Hillary and Obama are attorneys, I don't know about her 35 years as a politician, just her husbands. Please elaborate.
How much does Senator Hillary Clinton weigh? While watching Senator Clinton on the "Dave Letterman" show sometime back I noticed what I thought were "jelly rolls" under her jacket. Later, during the debates, my attention was drawn to her appearance due to what I thought I noticed on the "Letterman" show. Sure enough, it looks like she's "quite" a big lady. Now, this wouldn't bother me regularly as I happen to like "large" women but, no matter how hard I've tried, I can't find the answer to this question. I was thinking about voting for her but, if she's uncomfortable with her appearance, what else is she "uncomfortable" with?
Senator Hillary Clinton? Next president, good or bad? I guess her supporters aren't really digging deep enough into what she's really about, and that's why they continue to do so: http://www.oldthinkernews.com/Articles/oldthinker%20news/hillary_clinton.htm Have you seen this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xq8aopATYyw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMfUajhL24I She's already committed a crime; what else might she do?
Would your perception of Senator Hillary Clinton change if you knew what she was like behind the scenes? I do not mind either Clinton nor Obama, but I spoke with my dad and he said his dental hygienist is very good friends with a secret service agent that worked in the White House while Hillary was the First Lady. Apparently, from what the hygienist told my dad, this agent quit his duty because he could not stand Hillary. She had countless tantrums and constantly threw objects in the White House. I am not making this story up. You will just have have to take my word, because I am not revealing any names. It sounds like many already can believe this. I guess the secret service agent was retired.
Would Susan B. Anthony vote for Senator Hillary Clinton? Would Susan B. Anthony vote for Senator Hillary Clinton so that we could have the first woman president -- or would Susan B. Anthony vote the issues and the content of the characters of the candidates? --------------------------- Wikiepedia on Susan B. Anthony http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susan_B._Anthony#Legacy --------------------------- -------------------------- Just tonight on PBS, I saw an interview of Senator Hillary Clinton and she was very excited about telling how it would be so inspiring to "break the glass ceiling of all glass ceilings..." She is asking for a reverse sexist vote which is just as sexist as not voting for her because she is a woman. I don't blame her to play the prejudice card because, well it works! --------------------------------------------
Will Senator Hillary Clinton win President seat like Sen. Joe Lieberman won his seat as independent? By listening to her claim today, Mrs Clinton already has plan B to run as independent if she lost Ohio. And pretty much she is leaning toward the right as Joe Lieberman did on his incumbant senate race against Democrat nominated and won. Here what she said, that she and McCain have a lot of experiences in her and his life time in Washington DC. Obama have nothing but the speech in the years 2002 (talked strongly to stop Bush war on Iraq). Hillary seems to favorite John McCain than fellow Junior Democrat Barack Obama in case she lost nomination to him today. Either she will jump ship to swim alone as independent or to Republican ship as McCain running mate. It is beyond my imagination, but definitely that claiment is her plan B. I hope I am wrong , because doing so she will noy just destroy Democrat Party she will help John McCain continue to destroy this country too. Do you think she will win as Independent?
What do you think about this recent statement by Senator Hillary Clinton? ...Senator Clinton said this: "Anyone who has followed my husband's public life or my public life know very well where we have stood and what we have stood for and who we have stood with..." ....Your thoughts (please be courteous); thank you. Clinton Apologizes to Black Voters Mar 12,10:20 PM(ET) WASHINGTON, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton did something Wednesday night that she almost never does. She apologized. And once she started, she didn't seem able to stop. The New York senator, who is in a tight race with Illinois Sen. Barack Obama for the Democratic presidential nomination, struck several sorry notes at an evening forum sponsored by the National Newspaper Publishers Association, a group of more than 200 black community newspapers across the country. Her biggest apology came in response to a question about comments by her husband, Bill Clinton, after the South Carolina primary, which Obama won handily. Bill Clinton said Jesse Jackson also won South Carolina when he ran for president in 1984 and 1988, a comment many viewed as belittling Obama's success. "I want to put that in context. You know I am sorry if anyone was offended. It was certain It was certainly not meant in any way to be offensive,"Hillary Clinton said
Is it over for U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton and is the November elections between Obama and John McCain...? WASHINGTON - Democratic Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton must win 57 percent of the remaining primary and caucus delegates to erase Barack Obama's lead, a daunting task requiring landslide-sized victories by a struggling presidential candidate. Obama's victories in Wisconsin and Hawaii on Tuesday — his ninth and 10th in a row — left him with 1,178 pledged delegates won in primaries and caucuses in The Associated Press' count. Clinton has 1,024. Another 1,025 remain to be awarded, most of them in contests in 14 states, Guam and Puerto Rico. It takes 2,025 to win the nomination. Further underscoring Clinton's political peril, Rep. David Scott of Georgia announced he would vote for Obama rather than the former first lady, and Rep. John Lewis said he might switch, as well. The contests left on the calendar include primaries in Ohio, Texas, Vermont, Rhode Island, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Indiana, North Carolina, West Virginia, Kentucky, Oregon, Montana and South Dakota as well as caucuses in Wyoming, Guam and Puerto Rico. There are 44 delegates unallocated from primaries and caucuses held earlier.
Who is the lesser evil and less corrupt of the two Senator Obama or Senator Hillary Clinton? Obama has no bad "baggage" hanging over his head like Hillary does. like the Barrett report. Even with her experience, sometimes no baggage and starting over is the way to go...on the other hand, Hillary has been quick to point out all of the corruption and abuse of power in the Bush Whitehouse - when she , Bill and several leading democrats silenced the Dave Barrett Investigation Report , which is the only time in history that independant counsels report was ordered NOT RELEASED after spending 21 million dollars of taxpayers money on it. Critics says that if the Barrett Report was released that contained documented allegations of "wrongdoing" , "Corruption" and "abuse of power" during the clinton years...democrats says she would NEVER make it into the White House....even some democrats say -"release it and let the chips fall where they may" I guess they do not want to have to go through what the republicans have...... So who will it be Obama or Clinton?

This election is mathmatically over for Senator Hillary Clinton. Do you agree with the numbers? She can't catch up. Too far back in the pledge delegates to catch Senator Obama and pass him up by the end of the contest, even if you give her Michigan and Florida. It's over. It's time for the Democrats to unite around their presumptive nominee(Senator Barack Obama). It's time to move forward and unify the party for the fall election. The democratic party will lose much by dragging this battle out all the way to Denver and strengthen the hand of their opponent with all the mudslinging in their camp for weeks and months to come.
Should obama step down and allow Senator Hillary Clinton to run against Mccain and win the whitehouse? You cant win the whitehouse if you lose the Ohio in a primary. Hillary is the only one that can bring an end to bad politics and run this country from day one. She has won the key states needed to win the whitehouse. I kind of believe people are realizing that obama is just a good speaker. no experience hardly in politics and not enough to be the president of this great country. i do however like the fact that the entire campaign on the republican and Democratic side have been moderately civil. I know though they'll get nasty as we approach November
Is Senator Barack Obama wiser than Senator Hillary Clinton? In Clinton's campaign ad she raises the question of national security. Obama launches a counter-ad addressing judgement concerns. He alleges that he excercises judgement better than Clinton since he was the one that protested the Iraq war when she had voted to go to war. He says continuously that Clinton was involved in our country's current crisis by casting a vote in a 50/50 chance of getting it right. He also has admitted to smoking crack in the past. Does this mean that he makes better judgement calls than her? If we are going to weigh out someone's wisdom, then we need to think about ALL the facts, not just the conveniences. What do you think? Is having a past of smoking cocaine or having a past of voting the wrong way, on one issue, more of a sign of poor judgement?
"GO HOME RUMMY"! Says NY Senator Hillary Clinton.? After failed policies related to the war in Iraq, one after the other, denials of Iraq being in a civil war, more that 2400+ US soldiers killed and more than 10,000+ seriously injured personell, wasn't it about time? I really don't want to hear "it's politically motivated" (I don't care). Doesn't incompetance speak for itself?

Does something stink, here!...The conservative NY Post endorsed the liberal, Hillary Clinton for Senator.? What makes this even more incredible is the sharp exchange Chris Wallace had with Hillary's husband, for President Bill Clinton. NEW YORK (Oct. 30) - The conservative New York Post endorsed Democratic Sen. Hillary Clinton for re-election on Monday in the latest sign of closeness between the Clintons and the Post's media mogul owner Rupert Murdoch. In an editorial, the Post praised Clinton as being a "pretty good senator" who was popular with her Senate colleagues, attentive to the needs of the state and a centrist on national security issues. "Surprised? Well, so are we -- a little," the Post said of its endorsement. Clinton is being challenged in the November 7 election by Republican John Spencer but the Post said he "isn't a credible alternative." Clinton holds a big lead in opinion polls. The Post appeared to suggest it wanted to see Clinton stay in the Senate and not run for president in 2008. "We think she's done such a good job these last six years that she'd do well to serve six more. If not 12," the Post said. "Re-elect Hillary. In 2012."

Hillary Clinton claims to be Christian. Does this change your opinion about her? Senator Hillary Clinton said in an 1994 interview that she believes in the "atoning death of Jesus Christ." CBN News has discovered a number of past statements that Clinton has made about her Christian faith. In 1994, she was asked by Newsweek magazine, "Do you believe in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit? She answered, "Yes." She was then asked whether she believed in "the atoning death of Jesus?" Once again her answer was, "Yes." Senator Clinton is a lifelong Methodist who has always said she takes her faith very seriously. In that same Newsweek article, she says, "I think that the Methodist Church, for a period of time, became too socially concerned, too involved in the social gospel and did not pay enough attention to questions of personal salvation and individual faith." http://www.cbn.com/CBNnews/117043.aspx
